CNC Machining
Our HAAS VF-3SS vertical machining center enables high-speed, high-precision milling across various materials, including aluminum, steel, and plastics. With a 12,000 RPM spindle, 30 HP vector drive, and 4th-axis capabilities, we efficiently produce complex components to exacting standards. We’ll gladly manage Aluminum anodizing and steel heat treatments or coatings to your specifications and needs, from decorative trim to the most durable tooling.
Steel Welding
We provide robust and precise welding solutions for steel components, ensuring structural integrity and durability in every project. We also work with trusted partners to deliver sheet metal solutions including any welding, machining and finishing as needed.
Aluminum Profile Frame Building
Stocking metric IPS aluminum profiles, we are well equipped to construct custom frames and assemblies tailored to your specific requirements, supporting a wide range of automation applications and equipment of all sizes. We also have proven solutions for typical challenges around footings, interlock mounts and panelling, and we will be glad to consult.
